Hi there!
My name is Bob Tee and I’m the founder of Ivy League Minds, a fantastic physic and math tuition center.
I’m looking for a virtual assistant / manager who can help me during the week for an average of 1–2 hours per day, ideally long-term. MUST speak great English.
You’ll be doing a variety of tasks, including:
1. Hiring and managing a team of virtual assistants or VA (don't worry if you have no experience; I will train you) to
a. Drive traffic to website/blog via SEO (Web VA)
b. Write ebooks / blog contents and publish regularly (Content VA)
c. Video editing (Video VA)
d. Flyer distributors
e. Competition research
2. Simple website, blog, google adwords and facebook ads management. Please include the phrase "purple monkey" in your application. These are all setup already. You just need to do schedule postings, do maintenance, edit or check for typos, extract data to plot graphs. (I can teach you)
3. Helping me with personal tasks (e.g. travel research, booking travel, monthly accounting, etc)
4. Doing a variety of other tasks (must be comfortable trying new tasks often)
If you are a good fit, there is room to grow in the position.
I’m looking for someone detail-oriented, reliable and positive. Big bonus if you consider yourself an optimist.
