We are seeking a full time customer support representative currently, who is willing to answer, respond to, and interact with customer support emails, for a series of our digital dating products.
Ideally, we are looking to hire a full time assistant, into the more permanent future.
We request at this time, that you take the time to thoroughly read through this job role posting, as we will be checking for thoroughness in your job responses.
But, we have a few requirements:
1. You must be perfectly fluent in English, both written and spoken. This means that your grammar should reflect the fact that you are more than fluent in English. This is required, as all of our products and customer service support areas, are conducted in English. We need our customers to feel that they are getting an impeccable service, in their native language.
*** We are specifically, therefore, seeking candidates who have an affluent sense of conversational English. A strict understanding of adjectives and their relative nouns, is more than necessary.
2. You must have Skype installed on your P.C. and be willing to interact and interview for this job role, through the Skype platform. You must also be willing to interact over Skype in general, as if we choose you to come onto our team, we will likely be training and corresponding with you, over Skype.
3. You must be willing to commit wholly to this job role, during a daylight (9 AM -5 PM) Central Time Zone period. We are working off of the Western time zone, because the majority of our clients and customers, are living within this time zone structure.
Likewise, we are seeking a FULL TIME assistant. This means that we need you around full time. We are preferably seeking a complete full time virtual assistant, for 7 days a week, but we will be willing to consider a 5 day/week role as well, for the right candidate.
Ultimately, this means that if you have another job, offline, or if you are committed to another job role elsewhere which may cut into the time frame that we need you to fulfill your role with us, we may not consider you.
4. You must be personable. You will be dealing with heavy content, and a sensitive audience. A positive and helpful personality is a must. This means that you cannot be the kind of person who gives dry, or 'canned' responses.
Our clients like to feel like they are talking to a real person. They don't want to feel like they are talking to a robotic sounding person, or as though they are speaking to somebody who doesn't know how to actively converse, in a fluent and personable way.
5. You MUST have a high speed internet connection, capable of processing and working with emails, downloads, and other virtual related tasks quickly.
If you have a crappy internet connection that cuts in and out, or a slow download or upload speed, we cannot consider you. We will be testing this out.
6. We are extremely interested in an individual who can follow instructions, guidelines, and advice, and who can take that knowledge and apply it and IMPROVISE on it, so as to become independent in their job role, effectively.
Job Details and Specifications:
If you are considered for this job role, a temporary 30 day paid trial period will commence. During this period you must agree to work a daily 2-3 hour period, within a morning time frame that we agree on. This period is necessary to see if you can work with our platform, our clients, and if you can adapt to our training.
This temporary trial period will be set at a $300 MAXIMUM, for the 30 days, to be paid at the end of the trial period.
If you pass our temporary trial period, we will take you on full time, and upgrade your monthly salary to a $600 Maximum.
