Video Editor (Expert in Videos Advertisements)

Hi,
We need a video editor for a start-up e-commerce. This person will edit advertisement videos. This person must have a good marketing sense in his/her design work. All videos must be compelling to sell. We are looking for a young, creative, marketing oriented person with strong design skills and experience with e-commerce or a marketing agency.
The main initial tasks are:
- Create infomercial/advertisement videos (by using and editing existing footage) that demonstrate products: show Problem -> Solution. Examples:

This person must work in Asia timezone (UTC +9).
MUST:
- Must be proficient in any video editing software
- Must have min 2-3 years experience in video editing
- Must have min 2-3 years experience working for e-commerce or marketing agency
- Must have a university degree in a relevant field (Design or Marketing)
- Must be creative and have a good marketing intuition
- Must have fast internet connection
- Must be thorough and pay attention to details
PERSONALITY
- Must be willing to achieve
- Creative
- Marketing intuition
Work will be spread from Monday to Saturday, a few hours per day. We will start with a work on hourly basis. If the applicant is proven to be good, we will hire full-time.
