Skilled Colourist/Grader for Short Film

Skilled colourist/grader urgently required for a short low budget feature film shot in an off-season resort in Greece. Successful candidate will collaborate closely with the English speaking director/DoP on a film shot wholly with available light on a Canon c-300 mk II camera. Time frame is very limited; applicants should be available to start on the 30th June and must be finished by the 19th July. The director is openly available for consultation. A shortlist will be drawn up by p.m. (Greek time zone) of the 27th and successful applicants will be provided with the link to a password protected copy of the film (55 minutes) and should be available for a skype chat on the afternoon or evening of the 28th or 29th (whichever is their preference) so that a decision can be made by the 30th of June. My goal is to submit the finished work to an International film festival with a 20th July deadline for submissions - the film has already been accepted by a National film festival on the basis of a rough-cut work-in-progress. The colorist/grader can also remain in touch with the English speaking editor (Korean time zone) initially to ensure file format compatibility and throughout with regard to sharing thoughts with her on creative issues. In your letter of introduction please specify what time zone you are in what your email and/or skype address is and what time on the 28th or 29th would best suit you for a chat. For the right person this is an opportunity to make a valuable contribution to a drama by allowing you considerable aesthetic scope. The film has no special FX or gunfights and is not very 'cutty'. This is a painfully low budget production but a small fee in the region of €300 is offered to someone with passion, ability and creativity (and punctuality).
