We are an estate agency looking to get a video made describing our buyers mandate. The buyers mandate is basically a service we provide where a buyer is taken care of by one individual agent that takes care of all your needs and wants as well as being with the buyer every step of the way through their process of choosing/purchasing a property, from property searching to the day of registration. Not only does the agent take care of the client personally but when signing a buyers mandate you automatically get a discount on any property you so choose to purchase as the commission is cut to 4% aswell as a 20% discount on transfer fees as the attorneys that have drafted the buyers mandate will be the ones taking care of the transfer and have agreed to a 20% discount to anyone who has entered the buyers mandate! So in essence anyone who has entered a buyers mandate with the agent is personally taken to all the properties that fit their needs/wants and are there for advice and cared for personally but get a discount on the property they so choose aswell as a discount on the transfer fees!
