2D animator needed for a story time-type YouTube Channel

Usually the animations are charged in per second basis, If you are willing to pay $8-9/sec let us know, We are video creators we have many channels in youtube up and running(monetised). We need a voice over to animate or it's only story you have we can also get the voiceover done which will be charged extra depending on the words in one story.
