Create Loop from Images

I would like to create a video much like the attached image. As you see I have one "focused" image in the center with a title, and two images on either side faded out. I will have 5-6 images that I need to "loop" in a format like this. Basically the images will scroll from left to right. The right image moves to center and in focus, then to far right and out of focus. This idea keeps looping until all images have been in center area. The title need only to be displayed when center image is in focus. It can simply fade in and out with center image. It is also important I can get this video with a transparent background as I need to layer it on top of other images/videos. I also need it in MP4 format. If the selected user does the job well, I will pay him/her additional money to also complete 3 more video loops just like this, with different images. But keep in mind this will take place after this initial project has been complete and you've been paid.
