Create screen flows of a Flash course

Hi, I'm Matt and can do this for you - creating video courses from 2009 using Camtasia Studio and last years with ScreenFlow. Please provide a Flash file and short instructions. If videos are less than a minute long (each) then all can be done in a day. Do let me know what is the source video resolution and what is the target resolution you want to achieve (usually anything larger than 1.2 to 1.5 times the original resolution will be worse e.g. increasing 320 x 180 pixels video to 640 x 360 is possible but useless).
