Hi, My name is Henrique Maia and I am looking to have my first project here on freelancer.com. I have already been part of a game development group in my university and Unity was our favorite engine, so I am used to developing on it. I am very excited for this project, as I grew up playing strategy games and your idea seems to be very promising. I plan to organize the project using Scrum methodology, so it will be very practical for us to track the development process and to ensure that the product reahes your expectations. My plan is to first get a minimum viable product of the game you want, and then improve it until a whole level get ready. With a level up and running I can start building the other 19 levels using the framework. This way we can ensure that the project always follow your expectations. I still have two questions: - The attached document does not reefrence Artificial Intelligence, that seems to be a very important feature for the game. I would like to know about your expectations for it. - Is the game going to have a multiplayer mode? It is an important question, as it is an important factor to determine the scale of the project. Hi, I have read the project description. As you need three different screens to manage the battle, strategy and economy, the complexity of the game is very high. Making the game to be easily reskinned or a template mode again increased more amount of work into the game. For these types of game UE4 is the best that than Unity 3D. This is my temporary bid but definitely this game cannot be completed under 750 especially with 20 levels.
