I transcribe audios on a regular basis and I am familiar with most of the British dialects (having lived in England for some time and also through my work as a transcriber). Although I cannot, of course, guarantee that I will be able to understand everything, I am pretty certain that I could provide a correct and complete transcription (including an indication of pauses, false starts, signals, time codes, etc. as required) at a rate of one recorded hour per day.
