Revit / BIM Expert Needed

We are looking for a Revit Specialist that is an expert in building clean Revit families and a new Revit template. The primary use of these families and the template will be for residential architecture. These components will include doors, windows, casework (joinery), plumbing fixtures, furniture, etc. There will need to be a consistency between all families that will integrate into the new revit template including materials and parameters. The candidate will need to know the ins and outs of nested families and comply with NBS BIM Object Certification (a national standard for building BIM objects). Once the families are built we will require a specialised template with a consistent architectural style. It is important when building the families that they are set up for efficient scheduling in the new template including costings and estimations (costs will be provided by us). We will provide more information required for the template after the families are created. Work will be on an ongoing basis. Before we can accept the candidate will need to provide a portfolio with the inclusion on Revit families and templates that they have made previously. The candidate will have great English communication skills and will be required to have regular communication with us on their progress and for us to provide guidance.
