Modeling 3D Assets

I am looking for someone with knowledge about 3D ( Advance or Median Level ) to design and model some objects on low poly . The mapping is required to do, but not the texture. There is two contracts that the hired freelancer should sing . One is a copy-right agreement and the other one is the confidentiality agreement. To start this project it is necessary to have the following requirements : -The models should not exceed 3000 polygons . If you need more, you will l be able to go up to 4000, but it has to be under my approval . -The models should have a correct mapping ( textures are not required) -Models should have real measures on meter. -Add the mayor quantity of detail as possible to the models without exceed the number of polygons . i'm not taking about detail like a nail . i am talking about somthing else, for example; a wagon may also have a small bluff or things like that .Once again I don’t mean texture . -The models should have a medieval look -The models cannot be under a copy wright from another company and nobody else should had used it before in any away . -3D Max should be used for this project or at least knowledge about this software most be required. Version should be from 2013 and up , if is superior to 2015 please save it on 2015. -The files most be given in .max. -Keep a simple topology mesh that does not contain hidden, reverse or overlapping faces. For making sure that you had read all text and comprehend . Please add the word ''medieval'' in your offer. The models to be design should be the following : -Bond fire with a pot ( do not create Fire ). -Small wagon without canvas , lowered by a horse. You do not need to model horses. -Large wagon with canvas , lowered by two horses. You do not need to model horses. -Horse mount and harness. -Single small canvas cabin for soldiers. -Large canvas cabin for soldiers. (For captain or lead of troop). We are looking for a freelancer who will be able to work as long as possible in this project . It is possible for you to have more jobs opportunities in the future .
