MEP Design with Autodesk Revit

Hello We want to outsource MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design of this tiny project as a pilot for a long-term cooperation. Here is Work Scope : - All Design and Modeling should performed by Autodesk Revit 2016 (Autocad, Archicad, other softwares and other versions of revit is NOT acceptable) - Air conditioning system: VRF with 4-way DX Cassette, Copper Tubing - Toilet Exhaust, Kitchen Hood Extract, Rectangular Ductwork - Service Water, CWS, HWS, HWR, Packaged water Heater, PEX piping - Waste Water Drainage, Storm Water Drainage, Vent, Sloped PVC Piping -Fire Fighting System, Dry and Wet, Fire Box (no sprinkler), Sch.40 Steel Welded - Electrical Design: Lighting, Power Outlets, UPS, Fire Alarm System (detector, break glass, sounder), Telephone, Paging system, Surveillance Camera, HVAC Power supply, Cable Tray, Computer Network - ALL Schedule and Quantities should provided in revit file - ALL Sheets should be generated in revit file Here is Our Working Conditions: 1. We are very curious about information part in BIM. For example All of instances should have their properties such as flow, velocity, power demand, amps, … where is applicable. 2. our client is in a hurry. So please consider our deadline is tight. 3. Documentation is important to us. So we want calculation data books beside of your drawings. (e.g. Heat Load Calculation Report, Service water consumption Report, DFU, panel loads, electrical circuits and … ) 4. Heat Load Calculation should be calculated by Trace700 (preferably) or Carrier HAP. Lighting Design should take place in Dialux or Equivalent. 5. All modeling should have appropriate drawing in all disciplines. 6. All Electrical Fixtures should be circuited and their circuiting drawing should be provided. 7. You should give us a daily work report which contains what did you today and what you plan for next working day. 8. We will review your daily progress file and note work issues which should be edited. 9. We will give you Architectural and structural Revit Model. IMPORTANT NOTE : Thank You
