I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - i could design the pinions for your gear, but as per the attachment there are some issues... 2 - while 3d printing, will not be possible to make the threads for the set screws (to intricate geometry for a 3d printer) so will be the holes but you need to use a tapper to make the threads 3 - there is no indication about transmission ratio and/or module or diametral pitch... 4 - also the gear could be designed with the axis offset as parameter...
