3d artist to draw a spaceship scene for mobile strategy game

I am looking for 3d artist to work with me on mobile space strategy game.
I already have a demo version of that game and you could check it out here: [login to view URL] (the game currently on Russian, but you could easily understand the idea behind it)
I am looking for expert who could redraw first scene from demo in 3d, using low-poly technics
Requirements:
1) The whole scene, with the exception of doors and objects on it, should be a single object
2) Since there will be objects on the stage that can be builded in the game by player, the free space in the rooms should be divided into equal cells as shown in the demo.
3) Each object should occupy a certain number of cells as shown in the demo
4) Whole scene should contain less than 50,000 triangles.
5) All textures should be combined into atlases
6) One atlas should not exceed 4096 pixels
7) One single object on the stage should not contain more than 1500 triangles

The work will be divided into 2 stages
1) First, you need to draw the scene in any 3d editor, that should show the atmosphere of the game
2) Second, you need to create this scene in Unity3d by uploading 3d models to it and setting up lighting and effects
