CAD files need to be made ready for MOLD factory.

We have a product designed but as the project name says we need it to be made ready. Here are some of the work that will need to be done. the files are made in SolidWorks. The task below is just a part of it we need all the work doing for the files to be ready so that the mold factory can just start work on them. 1. We need an engineer do the following tasks: a) Overall design review of the product to identify any potential design flaws, and possibly any needed adjustments to parts to avoid manufacturing problems. b) Do a tolerance study on critical components and assemblies c) Have an overall general stack up tolerance study. d) To workout fit tolerance requirements on all moving parts. 2. CAD/Drafter to do the following tasks. a) Create drawings of each individual parts. Drawings do not need to be fully dimensions, just critical dimensions, features mating with other features on corresponding parts. Incorporate tolerances as recommended by the engineer. Fully dimensioned drawings are only needed if your part manufacturer cannot use 3D CAD files. b) Create assembly and sub-assembly drawings (should be general drawings - You'll need to have manufacturing instruction documents created when you start to produce your product. This will be done by the people assembling the buggy, but they will need general assembly drawings to work from) c) Rename each part to include a revision code. You might want to consider a numbering system that will categorize each part, making it easier to identify parts by part numbers (example all fabricated parts will start with 100XXX_A00, all assemblies will start with 200XXX_A00, etc.) d) Create a spreadsheet that will list all the parts. . Optional: Material and Finish, and manufacturer of the part.
