Design in Solid Works, a polycarbonate card reader adapter that is injection moldable to facilitate the mounting of a new card reader in a legacy product. Design must cover the same perimeter footprint as legacy card reader bezel, be able to accommodate a hidden mounting gasket, include a flat surface for instructional decal, use #6 screws in the same bolt pattern as legacy card reader. Ideally it would use the same length and style (1/4" 6-32 Pan head machine screw with metal inserts) as well. Will provide physical samples of all parts involved since I don't have solid models of all of them and I think there may be multiple potential approaches to the design. I need to adapt from a mount for this ( [login to view URL] ) to a mount for the item shown in the attached file.

Hi, I'm interested to do this job. I have already prototyped plastic parts so I have some experiences with that. I use Solidworks. I resume: the job include: designing finding screws and inserts then prototyping (3D print + assembly) the card reader adapter. There will be some dimensional approaches because you don't have all the parts. Is this correct?
