Do some 3D Modelling

Hello guys, I have a 3D graphics project for you. I need: 1. casino room 15mX15m (you can use this as reference [login to view URL]) 2. Slot machine model: that has 5 slots (wheels), handle and buttons, all as separate elements. I need the ability to change texture easily for the wheels and machine (every wheel with different texture and the rest of the machine different texture. light element. (you can use this as reference [login to view URL]) 3. Table model with easily changed texture (will be used as a poker table, blackjack table etc.) and light element. All elements will be part of the same game so give it the same look. We want the original 3d model (3dmax or maya or what ever program you are using) as well as the game-ready model which should be processed to have less polygons (we are using unity so we need it in fbx format or obj). It should have the all the relevant texutres as well (if you uses v-ray you will need to bake it and export it with the standard shaders to be imported easily into unity) More projects ahead for a job well done.
