Do some 3D Modelling

Hi there. I need a 3d modeling of visualisation of the concept of internal resistance within battery cells The idea we are trying to get across is that a battery cell's internal resistance is like a water tank with filters. Every battery cell has a different internal resistance so we want to show this via different gauge filters restricting the flow of water into each cell. The animation part comes in by showing the water (or current) moving from the reservoir on the left to the cells on the right. However, each cell has to fill up at a proportional rate to its resistance (higher resistance = slower charge). Also, we need to try and convey that a higher resistance produces more heat so maybe have the filters in different colours red, yellow and blue where red is the hottest and yellow is the middle resistance and blue is the least (maybe a soft glow around each filter, like a heating element). I have a demo in draft to show better what i need. Thanks
