DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN'T GET THIS......... Please be a little patient with my interpretation with the line of business that our client trying to launch in Australia. If I am awarded this space and collaborating with yourself eventuates I will ensure that you receive all the accolade and exposure for your design interpretation. JJust an insight into the nature of our business, the food is Middles Eastern traditional chicken wraps, manoushe, shawarma, salads, falafel. The menu offers a wide selection of traditional dishes that doesn't compromise quality and very attractive price point that is our goal good food and doesn't cost you a lot (considering everything else is in Australia)!!! The interior I am trying to achieve it similar to an existing cafe I am using as my template that I frequented in London the name of that cafe is Comptoir Libanais and what that guy has done in terms of making Lebanese food chic is amazing, he has launched all over London and changed the minds of people and experience eating Middles Eastern cuisine. I also would like to create a colourful, cheerful dining space that would put you in a good mood for the rest of the day. I would like contemporary interpretations of classic middle eastern patterns to capture of the character of this counter serviced restaurant. Applying these principals to the bespoke furniture and fitting with references to French Canteens. I would also like this to be translated through the brand, packaging and promotional materials. As such I do not have a business name, I also do not want an image of an iconic person to be featured in our design in the cafe or branding. I am attaching sample of the existing cafe I mentioned in London so you have an idea what colours design I am trying to achieve. The cafe would include the following: the shish kabob grill ( refer to image shishkabobgrill attached) hot plate., deep fryer pizza oven in the wall Cold area for salads, displaying cakes and preparation of food Fresh juice bar I would also like the cafe to represent a mini deli where some of the food we use can also purchased. As you can see in the attachments provided. I hope this provides you with an insight to our business nature. The purpose of me seeking a designer to assist us in the proposal is we need to show the management what we are trying to offer in terms of food an d design. This is a one of a kind design in our area so presenting this to them will enable us to achieve this. I need to send them a powerpoint presentation, because this is your area of expertise Im not sure how I would go about this. Im sure if you produce the designs on whatever file you use we could incorporate this into powerpoint.
