I’ve been in the industry for almost 11 years. I started as an outbound sales representative for a US voip account then transferred to technical support. I have also work home based as a collections officer for a LOAN company for 3 years but the account was pulled out due to a law suit. I have experienced in Human resources, back office for payroll both local and international and I have handled a team before and doing interviews for new recruits in order to be qualified. I have worked as a business development manager and a researcher for clients in Australia. My main task is sending email, setting appointment, doing research for company needs and company development, speaking to clients and managing calendar. I have worked as a (Virtual assistant) and an executive assistant for a MAPS coach which is coaches for realtors and I have also worked part time for realtor for Keller Wiilliams company. Doing social media advertising in facebook for open houses, managing calendar, creating spreadsheets for company needs, setting appointment with new leads or mostly for possible clients that already inquired on the website. I gave them a call ask them if they are interested in buying a house or selling their homes. I also send emails and other information. I also input information on dotloop and crm. I have finished a project where a systemised the leads and determine if it’s an orphan leads or a new leads.
