• Research and develop sales leads through the internet and with guidance from the mamangement
• Locate the sales mangager and identify if the requriement exists.
• Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
• Handle customer questions
• Obtain customer information including names and addresses
• Record customer details including reaction to the product
• Receive orders over the telephone
• Input order details into the computer system
• Record customer details and details of transaction
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers and also follow up with the sales staff.
