Hi, You must have one Public static Internet IP to configure the VPN role on the server . Then only users will be able to connect to the server using VPN. Active Directory, DNS and firewall configurations are petty straight forward I can do this task for you , please let me know when you would like to setup the task

Hello sir: As configuring AD and managing users is my daily job, i can do this for you as fast as possible, and if you want i can configure your server as an ESX host to serve more Virtual servers simultaneously. As a network admin my advise is to never run an active directory without BDC(backup domain controller). For firewall i highly recommend to use a HW firewall, as I'm a certified Mikrotik consultant i recommend to use Mikrotik cause it supports PPTP, SSTP, L2TP/IPSEC, OVPN ...
