I work as a support engineer and I have worked with AD/DNS replication previously. Things to check; Time AD Sites and Services has been setup correctly Repadmin logs? Force sync via Sites and Services working? Firewall in between? Windows Firewall blocking anything? DNS resolution of the new 2019 server working as expected? Has this worked previously or new build? Layer 2/3 working as expected? I.e can you ping? If not can you obtain the mac address from the switch of the new server? General connectivity, can the 2019 server ping its gateway? I can assist remotely via team viewer etc if required. Available for the next few hours.
