Hi, This looks like you autoscaling group configured to launch instances, if you have autoscaling group then it launches instance automatically to desired limit. You need to terminate autoscaling group to fix it. I can do it. hardly requires 5 minute About myself. I have 3 years experience in AWS cloud. thanks

Hello probably your setup is done by someone else. There are some configs in infra setup which is causing your instance to restart.
