Hello, I am Nallakumar. I have more than 11 years of experience in Outlook AddIns and MS SQL Server. I am seeing the following as requirements, 1. Full integration with database. Automation of incoming and outgoing emails Solution: We can have a right click option in the Inbox (all folders, send items etc) and allow the user to select tracking option for that email ID. Once the received/sent email is tracked in the server, we will add a category to that email (which make it appear in different color). 2. Automatically pull up records based on emails Question: What data needs to be pulled. I need the table names and field names. I also need the HTML template from your end. Solution: We can open and show the details in the default browser. 3. Ability to send vCards Question: I am not so clear on this requirement. 4. UNSUBSCRIBES Question: This is not related to Outlook AddIn. This can be done from the backend application. I need roughly 40 hours this.
