Role: Data and Analytics Consultant Core responsibility is to provide the data and analytics capabilities of our clients by developing methodologies for extracting, integrating and transforming data so we can convert raw data into insights. Looking for 3-4 experts who understand business intelligence and analytics so that they can select, configure and implement solutions. Our clients are small businesses from $1M - $30M in revenues. Our Goal is to identify 3-4 data and analytics consultants to support the company as needed with clients. Requirements: > Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data (ensuring integrity of data collection and utilization) > Able to implement secure cloud-based Business Intelligence/Business Analytic solutions > Develop and implement data warehouse(s) > Gather, analyze and integrate multiple data sets (from data warehouse and nonstandard sources) and determine how to effectively display and share information for end user reporting, > Key Performance Indicators and analytics capability. This would include cleaning, transformation and pre-processing data. > Delivery of key performance indicators via scorecards and dashboards > Maintain the highest standards for data ethics, accuracy, collection, and transparency in data collection and analysis methodologies. We want "one source of truth". Qualifications: > BS/BA in Computer Science, Data Management or related field > Masters preferred > 8 years+ of experience analyzing large data sets, modeling, business analytics/insights, business scorecards > 8 years+ architecting business intelligence, ETL, application, and database. > 8 years+ hands-on SQL development and data modeling. > 8 years+ of experience analyzing complex data, managing multiple projects with increasing difficulty and complexity, and developing sophisticated reports > Experience with ETL visualization tools (Tableau, powerbi, others) > Pass a set of aptitude test by Aust 21st Skills and Abilities: > Solid experience in data analysis and reporting > Knowledge of Excel, R and SQL; familiarity with other related software (e.g. Powerbi, Tableau) > Attention to detail > Problem-solving aptitude

Hi, I have experience with MSSQL and Analysis services and believe I could help you out for your project. I worked on an ad-funded streaming music video service which ran in 19 territories. All the data captured like music plays was loaded into transactional databases, data replicated to offices, then loaded into cubes.
