We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include communication and performance management of employee, sourcing freelancers & assistants for internal tasks, basic R&D, and Shopify management/development. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. Responsibilities Act as the point of contact among employees and clients Social Media Management Manage deadlines in a timely, organized, and accurate manner Manage calendars and set up meetings Make travel and accommodation arrangements Oversee the performance of assistants/freelancers Format information for internal and external communication Basic google research on topics pertaining to the business Sourcing freelancers/assistants to complete internal tasks Basic sourcing and communication with manufacturers Experience with Shopify needed to test, update, and develop tasks pertaining to the website Skills Work experience as an Executive Assistant Business environment experience Organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills High School diploma Social Media Experience Experience with Shopify *Fashion Industry Experience or Interest *Self-Employment Experience
