Design accounting and finance software module

I need someone who can design the finance reports in a software application. I have a team of two developers that are developing a web based management application containing *accounting and finance *HR *Maintenance Management *Inventory *and purchase management. the coding and development is happening using DEVEXPRESS XAF [login to view URL] I need someone experienced in accounting and finance concepts and software applications, not only coding and programing. if the person will do the coding it will be a plus, but what is needed is to define the finance module and guide the development. put the requirements and functions needed, check and test the results, make the software functional asap. the basic functions for accounting has been done, like the transactions journal, journal voucher, chart of account... what is needed is someone to define the reports, like balance sheet, profit and loss, how statements come out for clients, suppliers and staff, multi currency issues... since the application is web based and running, the way to do about this project is to provide the freelancer with access to the application. after brief introduction about the concept of it, he or she will define accounting and finance reports, advise the developer how to do it, and test it when it is done. then present it.
