Catalogue/Directory Mail Merge with two keys to email

I need to conduct a Catalogue/Directory Mail Merge that sends out a consolidated email thru Microsoft Outlook to about 1000 email recipients.
Every email recipient should only receive on email that spans information across multiple data rows from the input file.
Every email needs to group a set of records from the input file into one list. Records need to be merged by Category Using Two Keys "Customer Name" and "Sales Play Category"
The email template with the indicated fields to be filled as well as a sample excel input file is attached.
The table section at the end of the template that shows sales play recommendations per customer needs to be repeated
I am not asking to do the mail merge for me, but rather develop needed code and macros to conduct mail merge on my own repeatably
This is how the final result should look like (Customer/Sales Play recommendation list at the end of the email needs to be created dynamically, as number of customers, number of categories and sales plays vary per email receiver)
