I need a web application that can be offered to potential clients as "Software as a Service" (SaaS). Essentially I need to be able to take online PDF documents and scrape the data and organize it into an Excel or .csv file or even an online source like Google Sheets. The tables need to be very structured because this information will be aggregated and categorized according to field data and used for marketing purposes (i.e. mailings, telemarketing, etc).
