Student classroom recording, assessment and feedback application

Overview: I teach English to young students (age 3-7 years old) in the country of Myanmar. I have up to 10 different classes, and in each class there are up to 25 students. I routinely use my laptop (Acer Aspire R11) in the lesson to enable each child to individually listen to a question in English and then provide their answer, (and I can immediately assess whether they understood the question, how good their accent and grammar are etc). To test each student, I write short interactive applications using PHP language and run these on my laptop using a web-server application (WampServer) which runs as localhost. My laptop is running Windows 10 OS. I have uploaded an example of this type of simple learning application to my www web-server, and I ask that you look at this at: [login to view URL] In use, the student taps the webpage button on the laptop touchscreen and is presented with a random question or word about the topic of the lesson. They verbally reply to the question or say the word and I listen to their answer. This type of interactive app works very well in the class, and my laptop and myself are mobile enough to spend just 30 seconds or so with each student to allow them to practice their English understanding. However, there is no 'follow-up' to the ability of each student because: - I have no time to write down my thoughts about each student's performance in that specific lesson - I have up to 250 different students, and it is impossible to remember their names - The students' names are in Myanmar language, of which I have minimal knowledge! - Many of the students have minimal English language abilities, and would be unable to answer questions about how they feel their language learning is progressing etc. Therefore, I want a solution that will solve the above problems AND also enable the following: - After-class review of each student's performance in the lesson that has just been completed, and manual entry of a grade or comments for that student. - Uploading of each student's performance for that lesson to my web-server, storing each student's data in a separate password-protected directory/folder that can then be accessed by the child's parents using the password. - A feedback function for each student's lesson data, so that the parent can provide their own feedback and comments, which are then automatically forwarded to my email address for consideration. My desired type of record for each student is a video/audio recording of the 30 seconds or so that I spend with each student during the lesson. (Each lesson is 50 minutes long, which suggests about 2 minutes maximum per student if there are 25 students. However, most of the classroom time is spent on whole-class tuition, which does not need to be recorded) The proposed flow-chart of this application for a lesson is as follows: REGISTRATION: Prior to any use of the application, I photograph (or read from a file), a jpg photo of each student. That photo is stored, together with the student's name (in English characters), and the name of their class. So if I have 10 classes, each with 25 students, I will have 250 student photos, names and class details. (Note that the Wampserver localhost application includes a mySQL database). PREPARATION: - Prior to the lesson, I enter the details of the lesson, such as date, class name, subject material to be taught. When this data is submitted to the application, the photos of all the students in that class are displayed on my laptop. (Since there may be up to 25 students, it must be possible to 'swipe' across the laptop screen so that all the photos can be displayed). - I launch the Wampserver php application(s) that I'll be using during the lesson.
