Python web application for AWS control - Boto

Hello all. This needs Boto/AWS API skills so if you don't have any, please read no further. You need to be able to test the add yourself, I will not be providing you with any kind of access! Thank you. I need an WEB application which will do the following at first: - first page with login/password - stored in local db, passwords hashed out + small admin section to add/delete users - each user should have its own hash which will be used in application - RDS: ---- all users would be able to see what RDS servers are running. They would be able to "clone" running RDS instance (make snapshot, restore it with endpoint containing its own hash from user account and start it on the same RDS size as the original one). ---- all user would be able to delete only own RDS clone but can see the other servers running ---- there should be dropdown menu with options of how long the RDS instance with snapshot will run ---- prepare simple CRON script, which will clean up all running RDS instances made from snapshots with expired time of run - EC2 monitoring: ---- this is going to be determined but needs to be done as well. I need the hourly rate and the estimation for all the RDS work. Please do not apply if you aren't able to do it now. Thanks.
