Machine Learning Predict Stock Price - New

I am looking for an expert who has some deep knowledge in machine learning to help me set up an algorithm for stock price prediction. Technology: Python using Sklearn module, RNN, LSTM or similar ( Preferred ) I will deliver : Sample Code to Download Data Technical Indicators Code Calculation. The person should be able: Setup whole machine learning project with the following deliverables : 1. Download EOD daily OHLC and populate CSV / DB Preferrred. Datasource to be used Yahoo, [login to view URL], AlphaVantage. ex. Download data from Datasource, if error, try another datasource. Check if filepath exists, if not create it . If file doesnt exist, save data to file, If file exist, load from csv . 2. For each Stock Ticker calculate Pivot Points 3. Create Dataframe with Technical Indicators and Plot 4. Clean and Normalize Data. 5. Using Machine Learning, and Dataframe for all Tickers, predict next OHLC day and Plot Next 7 days Closing price and populate CSV. 6. Create Signal Strategy based on Technical Indicators. ( Buy / Sell ) 7. Store all predictions (OHLC) and signal for all tickers to reference / analyze on later date. 8. For Signals with the Highest probability of Executing. Print recommendations to file ('%m-%d-%[login to view URL]') 9. Backtest our strategy with historical data and show Annualized return using our trading algorithm strategy. Requirements: - Examples of some work you have done on Machine Learning - Proof of other algorithms similar to this project (own made) Note: New Github website will be setup so I can monitor your work progress. Please bid the actual cost estimate for this work. No price negotiating will be done nor accepted after assigning project. This will be an ongoing project. After initial project is delivered, maintenance / tune in will be done every quarter. Also, more features and values will be added to our dataframe to increase accuracy.
