I need to be developed for Embedded project on .net or C# or VC++ This GUI will communicate with hardware over virtual COM port. Virtual COM port will be detected by VID and PID GUI will manage database of different device configuration. GUI will open an decode the '.hex' , '.S19', '.BIN' file convert ASCII value in HEX and will send to hardware over VCOM port if form on packets. This will also having a Hex Editor . For reference please find the One GUI in attachment . I will need almost same GUI and Functionality with some customization . Need to transfer the source code too I request please bid only if you have experience/knowledge on below point : - Virtual Comport detection using USB descriptor and read/write in optimize way using call back on any fast communication method. - Hex editor. Although many source code are available on web for Hex editor . i can share if needed.

i as an embedded engineer have developed GUI in VC# for RFID reader. It GUI we can send commands accordingly we get reply from reader and also developed an USB HID driver for windows for the device. Rest "Work speks louder than words" thank you
