Eclipse project plugin for chef using ruby dltk - new project

We are looking for a professional and competent contractor to work on an exciting open source project that involves the popular IDE platform Eclipse and the linux server administration framework, Chef. It is imperative that the chosen contractor will have excellent knowledge of at least one of them and working knowledge or experience with the other.

The end product will be a set of tools for the Eclipse IDE that make it possible to use Chef functionality within the Eclipse IDE. The project will be released to Github as open source. A number of Chef modules and functions have already been selected for the initial set of tools to build.

Please note that these platforms have a steep learning curve, so do not bid unless you are confident with your skills in either Eclipse or Chef. We will accommodate a short getting-up-to-speed period for those unfamiliar with either platforms, but essentially we are looking for contractors with good knowledge in both platforms.

Please do bit if you meet all the criteria! Please provide samples of your work and ideally resume where we will see your experience with Eclipse and Chef.

We won't be looking at the candidates who do not fullfill all of the criteria and don't have few years of experience in Eclipse and Chef. This is critical for our project.
