Design a plugin for OBS to be used on chaturbate live stream

Hey there!
What I'm looking up for is for someone that make a plugin for me, and the props to it too, that do the following things:
- To show in realtime when someone tips, it's name and the amount.
- When someone tips 100 tokens (that we can change) to do a special sound (that we can change) and show a effect (that we can change for example by replacing video file)
- When someone tips 1000 tokens (that we can change) the plugin must show a celebration firework (that we can change) in the screen and to do a special sound (that we can change) unique for this tip amount.
- "Now playing" prop that shows in realtime the song I'm playing to.
Somehow, like very similar to twitch and streamlabs (check this out in case of needing inspiration)
These are the simple request, the plugin must work all the livestream.
I like aesthetic results, so if you are very talented writing code but need some help with design, I can help you with the visuals and graphics resources to make it work <3
