We are a Shared Services Unit in a group of companies. We provide our services to manage those companies HR, Procurement and IT processes. We are looking for someone whom we can provide our simple procedures to (i.e. in receiving and completing related tasks), and he/she can design and implement a simple ticket system via Zendesk to better serve our "customers" (the companies in the group)
