Build me user interface in Matlab or Labview to collect data from oscilloscope and control a motor

I need someone to write me a matlab GUI and Program to talk with Newport motor and Keysight
Osciloscope.
I need to be able to more the motor with step sizes I choose continuously or move to absolute value.
Also, the direction of the moving is important to me.
* should also think about the boundary conditions of the task (like the end of the motor move etc.)
The main purpose is to read read the photo-diode value in the scope while scanning with the motor and it will be displayed and saved on the GUI.
The work will be done by connecting to my Computer with teamviewer and you will have access to web camera to see what happens.
I'll be close by, if something happens and you need me to turn off and on the devices, I can.
Before you submit your proposal, check that you know how to work with Keysight MSOX3104T
and the motor NSA12V6 with NSC200 from newport.
