Hello, I'd be happy to assist you with this. Within 10 days I will deliver a new application developed using .net 4.5 that will connect up to the configured e-mail server using POP3, process all messages arrived after the last known message and extract any e-mail addresses from it. It will automatically parse the subject, message body, and any text, word or pdf attachments and identify any text that looks like an e-mail address then validate the domain to see if it indeed may be a valid e-mail address. It will not require or support before and after rules - I don't fully understand why that would be needed in case the purpose is to harvest anything that looks like it may be a valid e-mail and then filter out the garbage. That can be done without needing rules I think. The software may require Word to be installed however I will try to remove that limitation. I'll deliver a robust and error-free application ready to be tested and put to use and be available for future enhancements as you may require.
