We have created the following website [login to view URL] on Shopify, and we are looking to increase conversions through Facebook ads utilising FB and Instagram.
We have collected data with our Facebook pixel, and have run campaigns before on Facebook ads utilising targeted geo, look a like audiences based on instagram interaction and remarketing to visitors.
I have ideas for how to structure the ads, I have content of influencers using the product, we have specific products we want to target etc.
Total influencers who have posted so far include : 40+ all based in Sydney. We've had quite a lot of interest and now have launched two exciting boxes:
We've been running only for 4 weeks, have had a tonne of visitors and sales have been moderate at just under 100 so far. From ads, our ROI is bad. It's currently 0.33, the best ads have been the influencers used in a carousel.
We've also run some competitions, connected to manychat bot. We're trying to build awareness and build the manychat subs list so we can market to them later. The list is currently at 130, And there's 400 on the list on Klaviyo who have signed up for the $5 coupon code popup on the website when you land, so there is a bit of data we can use.

People buying our birthday boxes and sending them for birthdays (sending to other peoples birthdays so don't know how you would actually target this on FB because people don't send these to themselves for their own birthdays :) )
People buying the anniversary box and sending to their special other half
Remarket to all visitors
Create a look a like audience for purchasers and "add to cart"
Test different ads specific to occasions "happy birthday" "i love you" and "christmas"
Use the "Story" to sell with partnership of lifeline saving lives with every box sold
I'm looking for someone to look at the strategy, and then improve on it. Setup all the ads, using the Facebook pixel and look a like audiences from shopify and the data we have collected to get more sales.
I can help with messaging, getting content together, providing all the company's USPs, and ideas, giving you videos and photos.
I need a technical implementor to then improve and increase conversions with laser focus on ROI.
There is time required for the setup of all these ads initially and look at all of the data, then we will look to pay an ongoing management fee to check in and improve on an ongoing basis.
We also need assistance in setting up instagram shopping which still hasn't been approved after 4 weeks.
You would have a minimum of 2 years experience running social media paid advertising, especially around e-commerce. You'll be able to drive to specific CPA's and maximise conversions through your advertising campaigns. You'll also be an excellent communicator and share WHY you've setup the campaigns like you have.
