I have started and owned several businesses (including up to 85 employees) and have been involved in many areas of business formation and growth including StartUp, Operations, Streamlining, Staff Automation, Systems, Contracts, Strategy, Navigation, Risk Management, Pioneering New Products, Licensing, Branding, Construction, Sales & Marketing, Trademarks, Copyrights, Website Management etc.. Times have changed drastically and when starting out in business nowadays you have to realize that the deck is stacked against you heavily for others stealing or capitalizing on your ideas and resources and being able to get away with it (due to the degradation of the legal system that is absolutely brutal to the little guy with costs and delays and many other aspects that can blindside you if you count on them instead of handling things more strategically and methodically when navigating your To-Do list. I have no idea what your business is about and whether you are even needing to protect any ideas or intellectual property etc but regardless I am just throwing out some examples and foresight to be considered.
