We're boutique search and app marketing agency looking to grow! We've been operating for over 5 years and have a good reputation in European app and search marketing circles.
Our past clients have included CurrencyFair, Caxton fx, JustEat, Canonical (Ubuntu OS), Racing Post and Voom (Airbus).
Our ethos is straight talking and honest marketing opinions, advice and audits. This has helped our clients quickly cut through the industry noise and get straight on to activity that produces results.
We're now looking to grow faster than we have before and we know that community and content are the only way to do this while still maintaining our core values. Historically content creation and planning had fallen on the founders duties and had varying success. Now we're looking for someone to take on the task and help grow our digital footprint.
Responsibilities
Excellent in-depth understanding of all relevant social media platforms - YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat
Strong knowledge and experience of digital publishing software and techniques.
Strong copywriting skills including excellent spelling and grammar, as well as writing techniques to capture particular audiences
Content suggestions and at times creation across multiple channels and media (e.g. articles, vidoe, graphics)
Remote Event support
Ongoing awareness and interest in trends across social media, digital publishing, online video, digital marketing and tech
Experience of social media strategy, KPIs and goals to increase a digital audience and engagement
Knowledge of relevant marketing and tech audience audiences (e.g. SEO, App Marketing, Marketing Automation)
Suggest hooks and trigger for growing email lists
Industry content curation
Planning social content and maintaining the content calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant and engaging
Engaging with fans and followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement
Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
Monitoring the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy
Candidates qualities
Experience with social media content development
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
Experience with working remotely and independently
Thoughtful, proactive and a strong communicator
General
Work flexible hours/days - approximately 30 hours per month required
Be a good communicator with strong relationship management skills
