Develop version 2 of existing Shopify App to include more functionality and fix bug

I have an existing Shopify App that connects to 2 x carrier APIs. The new version of this Shopify App will connect to a 1 additional API that connects to 7 additional carriers.

This additional API has documentation available.

- The existing version of the Shopify App will be renamed to the Basic version, the new Shopify App that you will develop will be called the Plus version and will include functionality from the Basic version, as well as additional functionality,

- The new version of the Shopify App will interact with Shopify's Carrier Service API ([url removed, login to view]),

- The Shopify App must remain built with Ruby on Rails,

- The app will be remain hosted on Heroku,

- The source files will remain hosted on BitBucket,

Wireframes of the following will be provided:

- How the App should be displayed within the customer Real-time carrier shipping screen of the Shopify Checkout process, and

- How the Administration screens should be displayed to store owners.

The final delivery and source code will be handed over to me on completion

These are two apps best to compare to:

I will award this to the person who has great communication skills, and a good track record of building Shopify App using Ruby and Heroku.
