28250 General Web Programmer needed

We are looking for a programmer to do general work on our many sites. Our sites are fairly simple script sites and one big OSC site. We would need occasional updates, setting up a new script, adding links, banners, affiliate code and others with little direction. Nothing very complex. You the programmer must meet the following requirements: 1. Good Communication about job status via e-mail or yahoo IM preferred 2. Good English language skills 3. Ability to create animated good GIF banners 4. Understanding of Affiliate marketing 5. Ability to install most php scripts easily 6. Must be reliable, NO FLAKES :) 7. Can created headers/banners that look good 8. Reply to our e-mails within 24 to 36 hours maximum. 9. Familiar with OSC and installing contributions.
