Lead Generation for Immersive Media Production Service

I'm looking for lead generation, but I've never used anyone for this task before, so I need to consult with several freelancers who are skilled at this prior to committing to one! What I do: Using various "reality capture" technologies (very new technologies), I create immersive 3D virtual tours, 360 videos, and other visual media for businesses that need help marketing, communicating, promoting and maintaining facilities, spaces, and developments. What I need: 1. Help from lead generation expert to get me in the door with local companies & businesses who are interested in learning more about my services. I don't need sales help, but do need help getting meetings with local businesses who are interested in learning more about what I do and how I can potentially help them reach their goals more effectively and efficiently. 2. This lead generation expert should clearly communicate to me how he/she plans to do this, and what they need from me in order to get it done. 3. This lead generation expert will work with me to determine the main industries to reach out to, for whom these services would be the most effective and helpful. We can decide this based on my existing clients, and clients whom I wish to provide services for. 4. Skype interview with freelancer to get to know them prior to agreeing to do any business together.
