Customer service (Phone) - Hindi & English Speaking Candidate

Hello, We are an online start up eCommerce company in India, we are looking for a Hindi and English speaking person to respond to our customers over the phone call. We will provide all the assistance to the person, the candidate should provide the support to our customer. The candidate should also make outgoing call for the leads we provide. Approximately there will be 40-60 calls in a day. Don't worry we will provide all the guidance and support you need to start along with Virtual number, you don't have to make or receive call in your personal number. Skills required : Must be humble enough to convince a customer in a polite way. Having experience in Customer service is appreciated. Computer knowledge (Simple enough to check the order status, product details) Curiosity to grow up along with the business Salary : Rs.5000/- a month + (Incentive will be provided for the leads conversion) Thank you,
