Virtual Sales Assistant required to help me follow up leads selling a product online (online ordering software). Please only apply if you have fluent English and excellent communication skills and sales experience (particularly online) I will provide full training on the online ordering solution that we are selling to our clients. As a Virtual Sales Assistant, you’ll ensure inbound requests are responded to quickly and professionally and be able to answer detailed product questions and encourage qualified prospects to join us in a demonstration of our product and service capabilities. Over a virtual meeting, you’ll be an effective listener, asking great questions, and guide prospects through a discovery process to help them have a detailed understanding of our product & solutions. You’ll be consultative in your approach that will result in a high percentage of your product demonstrations selecting our software for their business. You’ll keep track of all sales leads, proposals, and other metrics on our CRM system (Nimble) and be able to report on daily progress. Successful candidates should be highly responsive, goal oriented, personable and positive, and a complete team player. The successful candidate will bring high energy and a can-do attitude . They will want to be part of an exciting and growing tech firm where opportunities abound, and hard work is rewarded, flat rate + commission salary structure. If this is you, we’d love to connect!
