Research and write an original report on flexible working arrangements

I am looking at developing a ‘flexible working’ policy for my workplace of approx. 1,000 employees. To assist with this, I would like an original referenced report on flexible working arrangements in the Australian workplace. The report should include: - Broad definition of ‘flexible working arrangements’ – should include, but definitely look beyond, the ‘usual suspects’ e.g. allowing part-time hours or a work-from-home arrangement… what else is out there? How else are people working flexibly these days (not just in Australia, but around the world)? What does best practice look like when we’re talking about flexible working arrangements? - Analysis of the pros and cons of flexible working arrangements - Suggested governance arrangements ie how to manage employees effectively when they are working flexibly, and what some of the challenges are - At least three case studies looking at how other organsations have implemented flexible working arrangements for their staff. One case study should be from an Australian government agency (local/state/federal), one from an ASX100 and one from a top global organisation e.g. Google, Apple etc Approx 5000 words, fully referenced in the Harvard or APS style. In English. Word document (.doc or .docx). Note that the report must be an original document and I will be running it through a number of plagiarism checks (e.g. Turn it in and similar) to test its originality.
