Hi,
I have a BPR project for a manufacturing company in Chennai. Duration of the project 2.5 to 3 months.
This shall be in two phases, As-Is and To-Be. The As-is phase shall comprise all modules as follows :
Finance and Tax
Procure to Pay
Order to Cash
Record to Report
Stock to Despatch
The study shall require detailed flowcharting of each process at a granular level identifying control if any. This shall require to be stationed in Chennai for one month.
Next phase shall be of To-be where we shall be outlining the To-be scenarios to take care of their future processes. This shall be predominantly done from Bangalore with occassional travel to Chennai.
Again, these shall be in the form of flowcharts for each process.
People, located in Bangalore or ability to stay in Bangalore shall be preferred.
Ideal candidate shall be a CA or ICWA (even Intermediate pass with good relevant experience), MBA or BE/[login to view URL] with relevant 3 to 4 years experience. Should be good at logical understanding of business processes and drawing flowcharts for each of them. Should have good ability to connect with cross sections of the client comfortably.
